My self-pay rate is also $150 per session.

After an initial free 20-minute phone or video consultation, our first meeting will be via video-platform link where we can discuss your reasons for coming to therapy. I’ll discuss confidentiality, my policies and do my best to answer any questions you may have. My hope is that we can provide a strong foundation to build on and start developing trust and safety together.

Sessions for individuals are 55 minutes.

I’m currently available between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. My evening availability and Fridays are full at this time. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me for availability questions!
